Soup Dumplings!

My God do I hope this is true! According to Westchester Magazine, Noodle+, in White Plains, has authentic, handmade to order, soup dumplings. I lack the words to describe my love of soup dumplings, those beautiful, doughy balloons filled with slick, scalding hot juice. I love them so much that I enjoyed NYC jury duty because Joe’s Shanghai was a few blocks away and we got lunch breaks. I love them so much that I ate sub-par soup dumplings from a take-out Chinese joint for lunch every day for two years.

One thing is for certain, sooner rather than later I will be back to report on this restaurant and these dumplings. I’m amazingly hopeful…..

    Is it true? I scooped you? Went to Noodles + after the Wine & Food Festival last weekend. And yes, the dumplings were amazing — my very first (a dumpling virgin?). Okay, I was on foodie overload since I “worked” the festival at Thyme’s table, so I can’t substantiate my meal with pics, Can’t wait to hear your review.

    It’s true, you scooped me! I missed the F&W Festival this year due to prior engagements. Would have loved to have seen you in work mode.
